Urban Stylez Barber – Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Urban Stylez Barber, we value your time and the time of our barbers. To provide the best service and keep our schedule running smoothly, we have set the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations

• Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

No-Shows

• Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.

• No-shows may be charged 100% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

• We do our best to accommodate, but out of respect for other clients, we cannot guarantee service for late arrivals.

Payment & Booking

• Cancellation and no-show fees are charged directly to the card on file (via Acuity/Booksy/Square).

• Prepaid appointments are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours or marked as a no-show.

We understand life happens. In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you on a solution.
